Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv seeks to provide a safe and secure environment. To better promote safety and security and mitigate risk, College employees and contracted employees (such as Edustaff) are required to disclose any felony crime for which they have been charged and/or convicted.Ìý
An employee’s disclosure must be made to Human Resources within 5 days of knowledge of the charge and within 1 week of a conviction, if applicable.Ìý
Employees disclosing a felony charge and/or conviction must provide truthful and accurate information. Failure to disclose a felony charge and/or conviction will be subject to disciplinary actions up to and including discharge.
