Employees of Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv who are a victim or victim's representative that are called to serve as a witness in a judicial proceeding must notify their supervisor and HR as soon as possible. Employees may not be compensated for time away from work to participate in a court case but may use available Vacation, Personal Days, Sick Leave, and/or Earned Sick Time to cover the period of absence.Ìý

Employees testifying as the victim or representative of a victim in a judicial proceeding will not be disciplined for their absence.
