Valentine's Day Wine and Chocolate Pairing Class
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with student-crafted chocolates and wines as LMC Culinary and Enology students share skills and creativity!
Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration between Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv’s Culinary Program and Lake Michigan Vintners. This guided experience brings together handmade artisan bonbons crafted by world-renowned Chocolatier Chef Luis Amado and his Culinary Management students with wines produced by the students of Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv's Wine & Viticulture Technology program./p>
Event Overview
Guests will enjoy a curated tasting featuring a selection of four bonbons thoughtfully paired with four student-made wines. Each pairing highlights the balance of flavor, texture, and technique across both programs, showcasing the talent and dedication of LMC students.
Throughout the event, guests will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about bonbon techniques and flavor development from the culinary team
- Explore winemaking decisions behind each LMV wine
- Meet the students who crafted both the chocolates and the wines
- Understand the principles of pairing wine with chocolate
