Alumni Achievement Award: Brad Gorman
Brad Gorman is a communications specialist at Whirlpool Corporation inÌýBenton Harbor. In this position, he manages internal employee communications forÌýthe company’s Trade Partner Support organizations in St. Joseph and Knoxville,ÌýTennessee.
After earning an Associate of Arts degree from LMC, he transferred to MichiganÌýState University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in OrganizationalÌýCommunications.
At LMC, Brad was involved in student government and served as the student speakerÌýfor his commencement in 2001.
A resident of St. Joseph, he is involved in several professional and communityÌýorganizations, including the International Association of Business Communicators,ÌýCornerstone Alliance Existing Business Committee, Whirlpool Young ProfessionalsÌýNetwork and the Whirlpool Pride Network. He is a board member at St. JosephÌýToday, and actively involved with the Berrien County OutCenter.
An Alumni Achievement Award was presented to Brad Gorman in 2009.
