Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv is committed Ìýto supporting the whole student throughout every step of their college Ìýjourney. The Success Coaching program is available to all LMC students from enrollment through graduation, providing personalized support that meets students where they are and helps them move toward where they want to be.Ìý

Success Coaches partner with students to identify goals, develop personalized success plans, and navigate challenges along the way. Coaches connect students with campus and community resources to address academic as well as essential, daily needs, while providing career and transfer support, accountability, and encouragement to help students stay on track and achieve their goals.
