Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv to host Manufacturing Career Night

Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv will host local manufacturing companies looking for employees and manufacturing job seekers at its Manufacturing Career Night from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in the Hanson Technology Center on the Benton Harbor Campus, 2755 E. Napier Ave.

Local employers in the manufacturing sector will have the opportunity to meet area job seekers andÌýLMCÌýmanufacturing students who are finishing their skilled training.ÌýThis event is an excellent opportunity to recruit people actively seeking local jobs and talk to applicants face to face. Ìý

LMC manufacturing students currently learning manufacturing production, machine tool technology, CDL, welding, and skilled trades technology will be in attendance.ÌýThese students are on their way to completing their training and will be looking to connect to potential employers. 

The publicÌýcanÌýlearn about job opportunities and training information. Those seeking employment should bring copies of their current resume and be prepared to share their work experience.Ìý

High school juniors and seniors interested in a career inÌýmanufacturing andÌýtheir parentsÌýareÌýalsoÌýencouraged to attend. This isÌýa fantastic opportunityÌýto talk with local manufacturers aboutÌýpotentialÌýcareerÌýpathsÌýandÌýto seeÌýtheÌýstate-of-the-artÌýHanson Technology Center.Ìý
