This free eventÌýis open to the publicÌýand will be held in the Main Academic Building, Room L-310/311, onÌýthe College’s Benton Harbor Campus, 2755 E. Napier Avenue.ÌýÌý

Women make up more than half of the population, yet their specialized healthÌýneeds areÌýoften overlooked. Despite growing attention, healthÌýcareÌýdisparities continue to exist. A panel of local health experts will discuss their thoughts on the most important issuesÌýrelated to women’s healthÌýand how these can be addressed in 2025. LACTPOWER is a grassroots effort to empower Black families throughout the birth and breastfeeding continuum by providing education and support services.Ìý
