Alumni Service Award: Patrick Lynch
Patrick Lynch is a registered pharmacist and has been the proud operator,Ìýfor the last 24 years, of Hill’s Prescription Shop in Paw Paw. His leadership is visibleÌýthrough three former employees he has supervised and mentored, who have goneÌýon to pursue a pharmacy career. In addition to his pharmacy business, Pat is on theÌýBoard of Directors and part-owner of the Heritage Glen Golf Course development inÌýPaw Paw.
Pat serves as a trustee on the Board of Education for Paw Paw Public Schools, as aÌýboard member for the Paw Paw Downtown Development Authority, a two-time pastÌýpresident of the Kiwanis Club of Paw Paw, a past president of the Paw Paw ChamberÌýof Commerce, and is a member of the Economic Club of SouthwestÌý Michigan. InÌýthe past, he was on the Board of Directors at Lakeview Community Hospital, and aÌýmember of the American Cancer Society of Kalamazoo.
After receiving an Associate in Science degree from LMC in 1967, Pat attendedÌýMichigan State University, and then transferred to Ferris State College where heÌýgraduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy in 1971.
Patrick Lynch received an Alumni Service Award in 2011.
