The Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv Foundation fully supports the statement (June 4, 2020) released by Dr. Trevor Kubatzke, President of Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv and Ms. Debra Johnson, Chair of the Â黨ÐÇ¿Õmv Board of Trustees in response to the tragic death of George Floyd.

While the primary role of the LMC Foundation is to raise and manage private resources supporting the college, we also embrace the notion that philanthropy is much more than raising money.Ìý Donating our time, talents, and voices to lift others is also paramount.

On behalf of the LMC Foundation Board of Directors:

• We stand against systemic racism and the oppression of marginalized populations.

• We pledge to engage in conversations and take actions to find meaningful solutions to the inequities in our community.

• We embrace the fundamental belief that the catalyst to positive change is the sincere respect, care, compassion, and service to all people.
